The kitchen of the Kientalerhof is tasty, nourishing, meaningful, full of fantasy, fresh and unique – let yourself be surprised!

We strongly care about ecological balance. That is why we take care that the emissions caused by the production of our food is as low as possible. It is therefor self-evident that we favour regional and seasonal products and producers.

Our food is 70% ecologically produced. The ecological balance is also a reason why we offer a mostly vegetarian kitchen and limit our meat offer. We use dairy products in a sensible and minimal way. Please talk to us if your seminar has different needs.

The wellbeing of our guests is central to us. That is why we offer gluten- and lactose free foods if needed.
